This week has been a crazy week. As I try to keep up with my kids schedule and work at the same time. By the time I get home Thursday night I am totally exhausted and ready for the weekend.
In our yard we do not have our gates in so our dog Xena has a shocker collar on so she will get shocked when she crosses the invisible fence. Over our driveway it is week so she knows that she can cross and handle the shock.
Now that Xena knows that she can cross she crosses all the time and our neighbors are knocking on our door to let me know that our dog is bugging them. We make a trip to Petco to get a 30 Foot rope that will go around in a circle so that she will not be bugging our neighbors. Now when ever she goes out we put her on the rope and then when she wants to come in the house then we let her off the rope. I don’t think that she likes this very well, but the neighbors will be happy that she is no longer bugging them was they are walking.
Saturday I spent the whole day cleaning my house. For the most part my girls do their chores pretty good, but I always clean the whole house on Saturday that way I know it is clean to my standards.
For the past year we have been taking care of my husband’s brother’s cats and we are coming to the end. In the next couple of week they are going to take the cats to their house that they just moved into. They have been really generous to give us one a bed to show us how much they appreciate us watching their cats. So I have been moving our old bed out of our room and cleaning the walls and carpet to get ready for our new King size bed. As I am cleaning the room my husband is texting me to make sure that I will be clean. He is a little worried that I will not have our room cleaned, so this is why he is checking on me.
So 6:15 came and Scott’s brother came to our house to help setup the bed that has been in my front room for the past 3 days. Scott and his brother set the bed up in about 1 hour. Now tonight I will get a good night sleep in our new bed. What a way to end the week than to sleep in our new bed .
