Healthy Eating Kids | Cucumber & Tomatoes

While the farmers market and your gardens are still producing here is a great snack for your kids when they get home from school.

Healthy Eating Kids

What a yummy treat!

1 cucumber thinly sliced
2 garden ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
Kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

On a serving tray you will want to lay your tomato and then you cucumber until you tray is filled.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then drizzle with your olive oil.
