McKayla’s-Goulash |Healthy Eating Kids

This is a really simple but yummy Goulash Recipe.

1 Pound Ground Beef

6 Cans of Tomato Sauce

3 Tablespoons of Brown sugar

Itialian  Season

onion powder

Celery salt

Cayenne  pepper

1 Bag of Elbow Noodles

In a pan brown your Hamburger season with salt and pepper.  While you are browning your hamburger you will want to add water to a quart size pan and start to boil your noodles.

Boil the noodles until they are tender, drain them in a strainer.

When your hamburger is browned you will also want to drain the grease off the meat.

Add the noodle back to the pan and put in your tomato sauce. My daughter always makes this in our house so she just adds a little bit of each spice until it the goulash tastes good.  Then we will add the Cayenne pepper so that it will leave a little zing in your mouth, but not to hot.
