Dice up 1 onion
Cut up 4 Potatoes
in a 9X13 greased baking dish
Cut up 4 to 5 carrots and add to the pan
Next Cut up 4 stalks of celery and add to the pan.
In a sauce pan you will add 1 can of Tomato Soup, 1 Can of Cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
1/2 Teaspoon pepper, 1 Teaspoon salt, 1 Tablespoon Sugar and 2 Tablespoons of rice. Once it is all warmed up then pour over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Now you will want to crumble 2 pounds of uncooked hamburger over the top.
Cover and bake in oven at 3.25 degrees for 3 to 5 hours.
