When I worked for Take Charge America I was always amazed at how many customers did not look at there statements.
I received my Sprint bill and it was twice as much as it should have been. I called customer service and they just gave me the run around. I talked to another customer rep and she told me how to go onto the website and unsubscribe to the down loads and once I have done this I will be prompted for a credit. Well the credit never showed up so on Saturday 11/13/2010 I called again and this time the customer service rep was able to credit me back $159.00.
I am so glad that I look at my statements and bill to see what is going on, and when it looks wrong I call and I am able to get a credit on the problem.
